Welcome to GenAPI. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.  By GenAPI or gen-api or any variation of genapi we mean Erickson Information Systems interchangeably as they are the same entity.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by GenAPI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

## 2. Use at Your Own Risk

All services provided by GenAPI are used at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.  Erickson Information Systems is not responsible for any lost data or the accuracy of any data in our systems.

## 3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenAPI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

## 4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenAPI and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

GenAPI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
